• they do not portray conduct as specifically listed in 18 U.S.C. § 2256(2)(A)(i) through (iv); or
• they do not portray conduct as specifically listed in 18 U.S.C. § 2256(2)(A)(v) produced after 27 July 2006; or
• they were created before 3 July 1995; or
• the visual depictions are not produced, manufactured, published, duplicated, reproduced or reissued by this website, which acts solely as a service provider under 47 U.S.C. § 230(c).
