We respect copyright and respond to properly made notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) and equivalent laws. Content that is the subject of a valid notice is removed or disabled promptly, normally within 48 hours.

What your notice must contain
To be effective, your notice must include all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner, or a person authorised to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The URL of each page on this Site that carries the material, precise enough for us to locate it.
- Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
Counter-notice
If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to [email protected] containing: your signature; identification of the material and where it appeared before removal; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; and your name, address and telephone number, together with your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the district in which you are located (or, if you are outside the United States, any judicial district in which we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the complainant.
Repeat infringers
We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
Misrepresentation
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), anyone who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages. Please be sure before you send a notice.
